Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai (MAHE Dubai) is the UAE campus of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, and was its first international campus. Established in Dubai in 2000 and housed since 2011 in a purpose-built campus in Dubai International Academic City built for 4,000 students, it educates more than 3,100 students from over 50 nationalities across five schools - Engineering & IT, Business, Design & Architecture, Life Sciences, and the Manipal Institute of Liberal Arts. Teaching is in English on a credit-based semester system, with a strong emphasis on industry engagement, research and placements. MAHE Dubai is licensed by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research through the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and is KHDA-permitted, with several programmes carrying international professional recognition: IET accreditation for four BTech programmes (Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering), and both RIBA accreditation and Council of Architecture approval for the Bachelor of Architecture. In the KHDA's 2022 QS-partnered rating of Dubai's higher-education institutions it earned a 5-star rating with an overall score of 876, the only university of the 17 participants to score 5 stars across all eight categories, and it won the Forbes Middle East Higher Education Award 2019 for "Outstanding Support for Students".

Published tuition is per year and inclusive of 5% VAT (Manipal states this on its own fee table). Scholarships are applied to tuition fees only; continuation requires a minimum 7 CGPA in the previous year with no academic backlog. Awarded on the Grade 12 result: 30% for CBSE/ISC above 95% or A Level 2 A*; 25% for 90-95% or 1 A* and 1 A; 20% for 80-89% or 2 A (A Level or O Level); 15% for 70-79% or 1 A and 1 B.
10% for a UG degree with less than 3 years' work experience scoring 70% and above, or with more than 3 years' experience scoring 60% and above.
15% for a UG degree with less than 3 years' work experience scoring 70% and above, or with more than 3 years' experience scoring 60% and above.
First-year tuition waiver for students who have represented national or state teams, awarded by the Sports Committee after a personal interview and document evaluation.
A 25% waiver on the full programme fee for students who completed their undergraduate programme at MAHE Dubai.
A 100% tuition fee waiver on UG programmes for eligible Indian female students in the UAE, offered in partnership with the Indian Embassy.
Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai welcomes applications year-round on a rolling basis. Entry is based on prior academic performance, English-language proficiency and programme-specific requirements, with the same academic standards as the MAHE network. Applicants who narrowly miss direct eligibility may qualify through the Manipal Enablers Competency Test or a six-week Bridge Program.
