Yasmina British Academy is a private, co-educational British school in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, part of Aldar Education and formerly known as Al Yasmina School. Opened in 2007, it follows the National Curriculum for England from the Early Years Foundation Stage through IGCSE and A Levels (FS1 to Year 13, ages 3-18). In 2024-25 the school completed a phased move to a purpose-built campus of about 180,000 square metres on Al Fursan Street, laid out as four linked sections for Foundation Stage, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form, with capacity for more than 4,000 students. ADEK's October 2025 inspection recorded 3,482 students on roll, of whom 1,745 are Emirati, taught by 248 teachers at a ratio of about 1:14. The school is rated Outstanding by ADEK (2019-20, 2022-23 and October 2025) and Outstanding under the UK's British Schools Overseas framework (2018). In 2025, 91% of A Level grades were A*-C with 52% at A* or A, and 82% of I/GCSE entries were awarded grades 9-4. The campus includes a 700-seat theatre with an orchestra pit, 12 specialist science laboratories, art and music studios, an ICT and entrepreneurship zone, primary and secondary swimming pools, a gymnasium, a dance studio, a running track, football pitches and basketball courts.
