About This Programme
One-year MSc Real Estate, full-time or part-time. Suits students with non-real-estate-related degrees seeking sector entry. Mandatory September: Advanced Construction Technology, Urban Economy and Property Markets, Real Estate Appraisal and Finance. Optional September: Business Analytics and Introduction to Big Data, Real Estate Industry Placement, Management Consultancy. Mandatory January: Advanced Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Management and Sustainability, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment Analysis. Mandatory May: Research Dissertation (Urban Studies). Entry: a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualification; Bachelor's must be attested by UAE Ministry of Education. IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5, writing 6.0 minimum). September and January intakes. Tuition AED 99,528/year full-time (incl. VAT) or AED 49,764/year part-time. Accreditations: RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), graduates eligible for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become Chartered Surveyors; UAE MoHESR; UK QAA. 90%+ graduates in graduate-level jobs or further study within six months.
