Year 2 optional: Intercultural Issues in Business and Management, Surveying and GIS. Year 2 mandatory (Jan): Principles of Property Valuation, Business Skills for the Second Machine Age, Financial Markets Theory. Year 2 optional (Jan): Management Accounting in Organisations, Operations Management. Year 3 mandatory (Sep): Corporate Financial Theory, Construction Technology for Commercial Buildings, Financial Modeling for the Built Environment, Contemporary Appraisal. Year 3 mandatory (Jan): Business Research Methods, Design Issues, Professional Real Estate Project, Business Analysis and Consultancy. Year 4 mandatory (Sep): Research Dissertation (Urban Studies), Urban Economy and Property Markets. Year 4 optional (Sep): Real Estate Industry Immersion Experience, Real Estate Market Study (Independent Study). Year 4 mandatory (Jan): Real Estate Development, Research Dissertation (Urban Studies), Real Estate Management and Sustainability. Year 4 optional (Jan): Real Estate Professional Ethics and Reflective Practice, Real Estate Industry Placement. Distinctive features: industry placements in Year 4; adjunct instructors from the real estate sector; technical tools incl. GIS, Excel, advanced analytics; portfolio analysis and financial modelling; professional project matching students with local practitioners. Year 1 entry: A-Level CCD (or BBBB AS); IB 24 (3 HL + 3 SL); CBSE 65%; American HS 70% + SAT I 1000; Tawjihiyya 80% (Elite 75%); BTEC L3 MMM; Scottish Highers BBBB. Year 2 advanced entry: A-Level CCC with Business/Economics/Accounts; IB 27; CBSE 75%; BTEC L3 DDD. IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5). September intake. Tuition AED 74,360/year (incl. VAT) — total AED 297,440. Accreditations: RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors); UAE MoHESR. 90%+ graduate employment within six months.
