One-year MSc Facilities Management — strategic facilities management programme developing competencies in space management, service procurement, asset management, and people/organisation management in the built environment. September Sem 1 mandatory: Sustainability for Construction Professionals, Service Procurement and Provision, Strategic Commercial Management, Value and Risk Management. January Sem 1 mandatory: Strategic Asset Management, Construction Financial Management, Space Planning and Management, People and Organisation Management in the Built Environment. Students complete the remaining four mandatory courses from the opposite semester cohort. Dissertation: Research Dissertation (CPMQS) after taught modules. Entry: a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualification; Bachelor's must be attested by UAE Ministry of Education — Higher Education Affairs. IELTS 6.0 (no component below 5.5, writing 6.0 minimum). September and January intakes. Full-time 1 year (12 + 3-month dissertation = 16 months); part-time 2 years (24 + 6-month dissertation = 30 months). Tuition AED 99,528/year full-time (incl. VAT) or AED 49,764/year part-time. Accreditations: RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) full accreditation; UAE MoHESR; UK QAA. 90%+ graduates in graduate-level jobs or further study within six months.
