Victory Heights Primary School is a British curriculum primary school in Dubai Sports City that opened in August 2013. It follows the English National Curriculum from FS1 through Year 6 under its vision of Nurture, Challenge and Excel. KHDA rated the school Outstanding in both 2022-23 and 2023-24, and a British Schools Overseas inspection in April 2025 judged it an outstanding school delivering an outstanding quality of education. English, mathematics and science are Outstanding in both phases. At the January 2024 KHDA inspection it had 1,006 pupils on roll and 80 students of determination, taught by 66 teachers and 39 teaching assistants, a ratio of about 1:15; the April 2025 BSO inspection recorded 1,040 pupils. The school runs as a split site, with Foundation Stage in a separate purpose-built building at the Al Fay entrance into Victory Heights Villas.

KHDA-approved tuition for 2026-27 runs from AED 40,138 (FS1) to AED 54,733 (Year 6), and the school requested no increase for 2026-27. Fees exclude uniform (AED 700 to 1,000), stationery (AED 35 to 125), transport (AED 6,800 to 12,500), extracurricular activities (AED 5,280 to 7,920) and the optional medical fee (AED 525).

KHDA 2023–2024 inspection
UK EYFS framework in a purpose-built, separate Foundation Stage building with its own playground. Play-based, child-led learning drawing on the Curiosity Approach, Reggio Emilia and Montessori, with particular emphasis on communication and language, physical development and social-emotional growth.
National Curriculum for England. Cluster design gives each year group its own wing with a shared indoor activity area, and continuous provision with open-ended materials carries the exploratory approach forward from the Early Years.
National Curriculum for England. Spanish is taught in Key Stage 2 as a modern foreign language. Progress is tracked with GL Progress Tests, the New Group Reading Test and CAT4, and the ELLI Learning Powers, built around seven animal characters, run through the curriculum.

Principal
Founding Principal, invested in the vision and culture of Victory Heights Primary from inception, having helped design the building, the curriculum, the uniform and the ethos. One of the longest-serving Principals in Dubai, she completed her NPQH in 2006 and has led leadership programmes with UCL. She worked as an educational leader in Egypt, London and Wales before Dubai, and was named Principal of the Year by Educational Journal Magazine in 2017 and by SchoolsCompared in the UAE in 2019.
