The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) curriculum is designed to produce a scientifically and technically competent pharmacist who can apply this education in such a manner as to provide maximum health care services to patients. During the two years at UOS, students will complete a total of 72 semester hours of credit: 18 hours in required courses during the first year (Fall semester), and 18 credit hours during the spring semester of the first year. A total of 36 credit hours in clinical/experiential education must be completed by every registered student in the second year of the program. Graduates of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program pursue impactful careers in academia, industry, government, and consultancy. Many take on senior leadership roles in business strategy, organizational development, and innovation across public and private sectors. Others contribute to the advancement of knowledge as university faculty or researchers. Some graduates leverage their expertise to launch entrepreneurial ventures or serve as independent consultants, helping organizations navigate complex challenges through evidence-based decision-making.
