Master of Science in Engineering Management
About This Programme
The MS in Engineering Management combines current project engineering technology with management skills to give working professionals a competitive edge in a fast-changing global environment. It covers both sides of the engineering manager's role, as technologist and as business expert. Blending industrial and systems engineering courses with courses from the Department of Business, the programme builds a background in areas such as organisational behaviour, finance and accounting as well as industrial engineering expertise. The 30 credits include systems and project management, decision analysis, engineering of systems, engineering value creation, leading teams in organisations, focus-area electives and a 6-credit thesis.

Entry Requirements
Applicants submit a CV showing professional work experience in the area of study, two letters of recommendation and a personal statement of about 500 words. Final admission decisions are made by RIT's Graduate Department in Rochester, New York.

Accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and listed as Active on the Commission for Academic Accreditation's register. The degree is issued by RIT's main campus in Rochester, New York.
