Entry Requirements

Project Portfolio Manager: Manages a portfolio of projects, ensuring the portfolio’s overall success and alignment with organisational strategies and goals. Project Coordinator: Assists in the administration and operations of projects, handling scheduling, organising team meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Scrum Master: Facilitates Agile project teams, ensuring the Scrum framework is followed and facilitating effective team progress. Project Risk Manager: Identifies, analyses, and addresses risks in projects to avoid potential delays, budget overruns or other issues Change Management Specialist: Works on projects that involve significant organisational changes, ensuring that change is smoothly and successfully implemented. Project Procurement Manager: Handles the procurement of goods and services necessary for project execution, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely supply. Project Scheduler: Ensures on-time completion of projects by planning and setting intermediary schedules and target dates for project deliverables. Project Quality Assurance Officer: Ensures that project deliverables meet the required standards and customer expectations through systematic processes and quality testing.
