About This Programme
Coaching-specialised variant of the Business Psychology MSc, adds Coaching Psychology and Coaching Psychology Practice modules and prepares graduates for evidence-based coaching practice. Full-time = 1 year taught + 3-month dissertation (16 months); part-time = 2 years taught + 6-month dissertation (30 months). Evening classes accommodate working professionals. September cohort modules: Wellbeing in the Workplace, Talent Development, Coaching Psychology, Social and Organisational Change. January cohort: Research Methods, Selection and Assessment: Tools and Techniques in Business Psychology, Coaching Psychology Practice, Psychology of Leadership. Independent Project in Psychology completed by all cohorts. Career relevance: coaching, leadership development, occupational/educational/health/counselling/sport psychology, organisational development, HR. Entry: good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent. Non-graduates with compensating qualifications may enter Postgraduate Diploma with MSc transfer. IELTS 6.0 (no component below 5.5). Accreditations: International Coach Federation (ICF), programme is ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accredited, hours count toward ICF credentialing; Association of Business Psychology (ABP), Certified Business Coaching Psychologist (CBCP) post-nominal; free 12-month ABP membership during studies; UAE MoHESR; UK QAA. September and January intakes. Tuition AED 111,748/year full-time (incl. VAT), total ~AED 148,997 over 16 months; AED 55,874/year part-time. 90%+ graduate employment within six months.

Students work individually with a project supervisor to design, carry out and present a formal project, where the topic relates to coaching psychology and practice. Entry Requirements
Accreditation & Professional Recognition
This programme is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the UAE and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) in the United Kingdom. This programme is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Therefore, a number of hours from the MSc courses can be used to apply for the personal credentialing process should the student wish to pursue accredited Coach status with the ICF. A certificate will be issues on completion of these hours. MSc Business Psychology with Coaching is also accredited by the Association of Business Psychology (ABP). This means that students receive free ABP membership for 12 months while studying, and on successful completion of this Masters’ Degree, graduates will be eligible to activate full ABP membership and, on confirmation by the ABP, will be able to utilise the Certified Business Coaching Psychologist (CBCP) post-nominal. The ongoing use of CBCP is predicated on maintaining status as a general member of the ABP and meeting any ongoing requirements.
