Full-time = 1 year taught + 3-month dissertation (16 months); part-time = 2 years taught + 6-month dissertation (30 months). Evening classes accommodate working professionals. September cohort modules: Wellbeing in the Workplace, Talent Development, Coaching Psychology, Social and Organisational Change. January cohort: Research Methods, Selection and Assessment: Tools and Techniques in Business Psychology, Coaching Psychology Practice, Psychology of Leadership. Independent Project in Psychology completed by all cohorts. Entry: good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent. Non-graduates with compensating qualifications may enter Postgraduate Diploma with MSc transfer. Accreditations: International Coach Federation (ICF) — programme is ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accredited, hours count toward ICF credentialing; Association of Business Psychology (ABP) — Certified Business Coaching Psychologist (CBCP) post-nominal; free 12-month ABP membership during studies; UAE MoHESR; UK QAA.
