About This Programme

Postgraduate MSc applying psychology to workplace, organisational, and business challenges. Full-time = 1 year taught + 3-month dissertation (16 months total); part-time = 24 months taught + 6-month dissertation (30 months total). Evening classes available. September cohort: (Sep) Introduction to Human Factors, Social and Organisational Change, Wellbeing in the Workplace, Talent Development. (Jan) Selection and Assessment, Research Methods, Psychology for Marketing, Psychology of Leadership. (May) Independent Project in Psychology. January cohort runs the modules in reverse semester order. Career destinations: HR Business Partner, Talent and Leadership Development Advisor, DEI Lead, Management Consultant, Business Psychology Consultant, Organisational Development Specialist, Employee Experience Strategist, Behavioural Insights Advisor, People Analytics Specialist. Entry: good relevant Honours degree (first or second class), or equivalent overseas qualification. Non-graduates with compensating qualifications/experience may enter Postgraduate Diploma with MSc transfer route. IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5; writing 6.0 minimum). Accreditations: Association for Business Psychology (ABP), graduates eligible for full membership + Certified Business Psychologist (CBP) post-nominal; UAE MoHESR; UK QAA. September and January intakes. Tuition AED 111,748/year full-time (incl. VAT) or AED 55,874/year part-time. 90%+ graduates in graduate-level jobs or further study within six months. Entry Requirements

Academic: For MSc entry, a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualifications will be considered. Given the clear practical element of the programmes, we will also consider non-graduate candidates holding less than a good Honours degree, or its equivalent, but with compensating qualifications or experience may be admitted to the Postgraduate Diploma programme. Transfer to the MSc will be possible later on if exams and course work are at MSc level. Accreditation & Professional Recognition

This programme is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the UAE and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) in the United Kingdom. This programme is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Therefore, a number of hours from the MSc courses can be used to apply for the personal credentialing process should the student wish to pursue accredited Coach status with the ICF. A certificate will be issues on completion of these hours. MSc Business Psychology is also accredited by the Association of Business Psychology (ABP). This means that students receive free ABP membership for 12 months while studying, and on successful completion of this Masters’ Degree, graduates will be eligible to activate full ABP membership and, on confirmation by the ABP, will be able to utilise the Certified Business Psychologist (CBP) post-nominal. The ongoing use of CBP is predicated on maintaining status as a general member of the ABP and meeting any ongoing requirements.
