GEMS Winchester School - Dubai

GEMS Winchester School - Dubai (WSD) is a co-educational British curriculum school in Dubailand, near IMG Worlds of Adventure. Established in 2011, it relocated to its purpose-built campus for the 2020-2021 academic year and teaches Foundation Stage 1 through Year 13, offering iGCSE, A Level and BTEC Level 3 qualifications. KHDA rated the school Good in 2023-2024, recording 4,128 students, 233 teachers and Outstanding health and safety across every phase, with wellbeing and provision for students of determination both Good. A British Schools Overseas inspection in October 2025 found the school met the BSO standards consistently and described a very good quality of education. WSD follows the National Curriculum for England in an international context, with the UAE Ministry of Education syllabus incorporated, and builds its teaching around a seven-competency (7C) framework of creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, confidence, curiosity and consciousness. French is taught from Year 3. Facilities include science laboratories and technology rooms, an auditorium, covered turf and multipurpose courts, tennis courts, an air-conditioned Foundation Stage play area, a sensory garden and a vegetable garden.
Fees for 2026/2027, per year group. Excludes registration, uniform, and transport.
Fees are KHDA's approved tuition for 2026/27, which the school charges in full - no discount is recorded, so the approved and charged figures are the same. The school's own fee page is still headed 2025-2026 but the amounts are unchanged, which is what the Dubai fee freeze produces. Billed in three terms at 40%, 30% and 30%, due 10 September, 10 January and 10 April. A registration deposit of 10% of annual tuition is deductible from the fees but non-refundable; returning families pay 5%. Uniform, educational visits, learning support, examinations and transport are invoiced separately. Sibling discounts begin at the fourth child.
