GEMS New Millennium School - Dubai Hills

GEMS New Millennium School - Dubai Hills, formerly GEMS New Millennium School - Al Khail, is a GEMS Education school on Al Khail Road with two routes to the end of school: the Indian CBSE curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level. Founded in 2013, it is registered with KHDA as GEMS New Millennium School L.L.C, whose permit covers the Indian curriculum from Pre-KG to Grade 12 and the UK curriculum from Year 10 to Year 13. The Kindergarten (Pre-KG, KG1 and KG2) follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework of the National Curriculum for England with the support of Montessori philosophy, and Grades 1 to 8 follow an enriched CBSE curriculum with French, Hindi or Malayalam as the second language. After Grade 8 students continue in CBSE from April, sitting board examinations in Grades 10 and 12, or move in September to IGCSE in Years 10 and 11, followed by AS and A Level. The school is affiliated to CBSE up to senior secondary level (affiliation 6630084, to 31 March 2031). KHDA rated it Good at its first four inspections, from 2015-16 to 2018-19, and Very Good in 2019-20, 2022-23 and 2023-24; the September 2023 inspection judged its standards in the National Agenda Parameter outstanding and recorded 2,470 students and 140 teachers. In 2026, 162 of 163 students passed the CBSE Grade 12 examinations, with a school average of 81%, and all 121 passed Grade 10, with an average of 90.9%. PACT, the extended day at no extra cost, runs three times a week for Grades 1 to 8 with 30 or more clubs, and the school is a Round Square member and a Duke of Edinburgh's International Award centre.
Fees read from the school's published 2026-27 fee schedule; KHDA rating from its 2023-24 inspection report. Last checked 4 October 2026. How Talem verifies →
Fees for 2026/2027, per year group. Excludes registration, uniform, and transport.
Tuition for 2026-2027 is the school's own fee table, which equals KHDA's 2026-2027 fact sheets in all 19 rows; KHDA records that the school asked for no increase this year. After Grade 8 a student follows either the CBSE route (Grades 9 to 12) or the Cambridge route (IGCSE in Years 10 and 11, then AS and A Level), so each paired row from Grade 9 / Year 10 onwards is one school year. KHDA's discount lines are on its Indian-curriculum sheets; its UK sheets for Years 10 to 13 list none. Fees are subject to change under Article 51 of the Bylaw of Federal Law No. (28) of 1999.

The Kindergarten follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework of the National Curriculum for England, mapped in depth to the school's own curriculum and supported pedagogically by Montessori philosophy. Learning is organised around seven areas of development, with each child's individual needs and identity nurtured to build independence.
An enriched CBSE curriculum in which the development of skills underpins the content. Most subjects are aligned to international curriculum standards and UAE regulations, which allows students to transition easily to either the CBSE or the IGCSE programme after Grade 8. Students choose French, Hindi or Malayalam as a second language, and an ELL programme supports those who join as beginners in English from Grade 1 upwards.
The CBSE pathway, taken by students continuing from Grade 8 in April. Students sit the All India Secondary School Examination at the end of Grade 10 and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination at the end of Grade 12. Subject options become available from Grade 11, with Science and Commerce streams among them. Career guidance begins in Grade 8 and includes IIT/JEE coaching for entrance to engineering and medical courses; the school is a registered SAT and IELTS centre.
A two-year Cambridge IGCSE programme from Cambridge Assessment International Education, started in September. The equivalence in age and curriculum allows students to move directly from Grade 8 CBSE into Year 10. Students take compulsory IGCSE subjects alongside compulsory non-IGCSE provision, then one option from each of two blocks.
A two-year Cambridge AS and A Level programme following the IGCSE pathway, with university guidance and career counselling throughout. The school is a registered SAT centre and an IELTS centre.
Separate biology, physics and chemistry laboratories (the school's facilities list).
A robotics lab, the Makers Lab; the facilities list also names a science maker space, and robotics is one of the PACT clubs.
The ICT suite, which the school calls its MAC Lab.
A library, with banded reading resources for the English curriculum.
A 500-seat auditorium (the school's facilities list).
A swimming pool. Swimming is part of Kindergarten physical development and a PACT activity, and the 2026-27 calendar holds swimming galas for Pre-K to Grade 5.
A multipurpose sports hall.
A football turf (the school's soccer field).
