Around 30 hours of weekly contact time through lectures, tutorials and supervised lab sessions, supplemented by self-guided study. Assessment is a mix of coursework, practical work and a final project.
Six core taught modules (120 credits) across secure systems, cryptography, forensics and machine learning.
An individual computer science project (60 credits).

Graduates progress into roles such as cyber security consultant, secure software engineer and IT security manager, at firms including Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Google and PwC.
Accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The equivalent UK programme holds GCHQ accreditation.
