About This Programme

The combined accelerated BS/MS in Cybersecurity is a pathway to both the Bachelor and the Master of Science in Cybersecurity for students with outstanding academic records. Accepted students become Accelerated Scholars, and through double-counted credits or course waivers they earn both degrees in less time and at lower cost, while still taking part in co-op, internships, research and study abroad. The typical course sequence on RIT Dubai's cybersecurity page totals 147 credit hours over five years. The fourth and fifth years bring in graduate courses, including Enterprise Security, graduate advanced and research electives, and a culminating experience: an MS thesis or a graduate capstone. Students benefit from a 9-credit reduction and a shortened co-op, receive a 40% scholarship on graduate tuition once they reach graduate status, and move into graduate study without a separate application.
