About Mamoura British Academy
Mamoura British Academy is a private, co-educational British school located on Mohammed Bin Khalifa Street in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, and is part of Aldar Education. Opened in 2016, it follows the National Curriculum for England from the Early Years Foundation Stage through to I/GCSE, A Level, BTEC and the EPQ, welcoming students from FS1 to Year 13 (ages 3–18). The school is home to around 1,167 students representing 51 nationalities and is supported by 89 UK-trained teachers. Mamoura is rated Very Good by ADEK, with outstanding features, and has achieved Outstanding judgements across most standards under the UK’s British Schools Overseas framework. The school combines strong academic outcomes with a purpose-built campus offering a wide range of facilities, including a 25-metre swimming pool, six science laboratories and The Matrix, an innovation and library hub. Mamoura was also the first Aldar Education school to receive the Eco-Schools Green Flag, with students having represented the school at COP28.
