4-year BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design, emphasises design as a catalyst for innovation, with critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on learning in state-of-the-art facilities. Year 1: Design Context and Process, Design Communication, Design Prototyping, Design Challenge. Year 2 mandatory: Design Thinking, Construction for Interior Architecture, Design Studio 1: Residential Design, Design Research Methods, Design Studio 2: Workspace Design. Year 2 optional: Artistically Intelligent Design, Design Simulation and Modelling, Trend Forecasting and Media Content Production, Product Innovation, Circular Economy for Design. Year 3 mandatory: Design Competition Studio, Design Studio 3: Service Industry Design, Professional Practice, Planning Design Research. Year 3 optional: Industry Placement, Live Project. Year 4 (Honours): Professional Creative Futures, Design Showcase, Honours Project. Year 4 optional pathways: Marketing Management and Strategy, Technology and Innovation. Year 1 entry: A-Level CCD (or BBBB AS); CBSE 65%; American HS 70% + SAT I 1000; Tawjihiyya 80% (Elite 75%); IB 24; BTEC L3 MMM; WAEC B2; FBISE 70%; Russian/Kazakhstan Attestat grade 5 + IELTS 6.0; French Bac 12/20 + IELTS 6.0; Lebanese Bac 80% or 13/20 + IELTS 6.0; Scottish Highers BBBB. Year 2 advanced entry: completion of first year of a recognised related-field degree with strong portfolio; transfer students evaluated case-by-case. IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5). September intake. Tuition AED 82,264/year (incl. VAT), total AED 329,056. Facilities: design studios, computer labs, photography labs.
