
Dubai British School Jumeira

Dubai British School Jumeira (DBS Jumeira) is the third Dubai British School from Taaleem, a purpose-built campus opened in August 2024 on a 5.5-acre canal-front site in Al Wasl, opposite Safa Park. It is distinct from the established DBS Emirates Hills (2005) and DBS Jumeirah Park (2015). It delivers the English National Curriculum from Early Years through to GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level with BTEC at Sixth Form, growing year on year toward a full all-through school (capacity 1,600 to 1,750). It opened Foundation Stage to Year 6 in 2024 and added Years 7 and 8 in 2025. As a new school it has not yet been inspected or rated by KHDA (DSIB).

2025-26 KHDA-approved tuition AED 51,477 to 69,872 (FS1 to Year 8). Founding-family rates for 2024-25 entrants were lower (FS1 to Year 2 AED 42,900, Years 3 to 6 AED 49,100). Sixth-form fees apply as those years open (to ~AED 77,217). Sibling discount 10% for the youngest child across Taaleem Dubai schools.

Built on the seven areas of learning in the UK EYFS framework. Through purposeful play and hands-on exploration in a purpose-built early years environment, children develop essential skills, knowledge and understanding.
Rooted in the National Curriculum for England with a concept-based approach to curriculum design, weaving over-arching concepts through teaching to foster critical enquiry, purposeful exploration, collaboration and independence.
The secondary phase follows the National Curriculum for England with full subject specialisation. The school opened Years 7 and 8 and is growing its secondary provision year-on-year toward Year 13, subject to KHDA approval.
