Refund Policy

New students: the registration fee is refunded if parents give written notice at least two weeks before the academic year starts.
Returning students: the re-registration fee is refunded on written notice by 30 June and cannot be transferred to another child.
If a student attends part of the first week of a term and leaves without sufficient written notice, the school may keep up to 5% of the annual tuition fee.
After one to three weeks in a term the school keeps one month's tuition, after three to six weeks two months', and after more than six weeks the full term's fee.

Uniform

ADEK's approved uniform fee for 2026-27: AED 366 from FS1 to Year 7 and AED 1,138 from Year 8 to Year 13 (licence 9251), or AED 669 on the Pre-Prep licence (9348).

Transport

Optional. ADEK's approved bus fee for 2026-27: AED 4,740 a year from Year 2 to Year 13 (licence 9251) and AED 4,241 from FS1 to Year 2 (licence 9348).

Exam Board Fees

Charged separately. The school's 2025-26 examination fee list gives the cost of each entry including its administration charge and VAT on that charge, for example AED 515 for most Pearson Edexcel IGCSEs and AED 1,435 for an A level in art; fees may change with the exchange rate.

Registration Fee

5% of annual tuition, paid within 7 days of accepting an offer

Deducted from the student's final tuition fees for the year, and refunded to new students whose parents give written notice at least two weeks before the academic year starts. Returning students pay a 5% re-registration fee by 1 May, deducted the same way and refundable on written notice by 30 June. ADEK's fee letters cap registration fees at 5% of annual tuition and bar any other deposit or financial guarantee.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Cranleigh Scholarships

Academic, art, golf, performing arts (drama, music and dance), sport, STEM and Majlis scholarships; the Majlis scholarship is for Emirati students and fluent Arabic speakers. Students entering Year 7 and above can apply in art, golf, performing arts and sport, and from Year 9 in every category; awards are made for one academic year and students re-apply each year. A Sixth Form Academic Excellence Award is made on GCSE results without an application. The school's 2025-26 booklet gives no award values.
