Payment Information
Three termly instalments, each due before its term starts (Pre-K to KG2: AED 23,140 / 17,355 / 17,355; Grades 1-12: AED 32,240 / 24,185 / 24,185).
Cash, current-dated cheque made out to GEMS American Academy Abu Dhabi, credit card, or wire transfer. Term 1 fees are due on or before the first day of the academic year.
- Notice of withdrawal and any refund request must be made in writing to the principal or registrar 30 days in advance.
- If a student withdraws before the academic year starts, the first term's fees paid are refunded except the registration or re-enrolment fee.
- If a student attends any part of the first week of a term, or does not arrive and no written notice was given before the term, the school may keep the registration or re-enrolment fee.
- After one to three weeks in a term the school may keep one month's tuition, after three to six weeks two months', and after more than six weeks the full term's fee.

Optional and fee-for-service, run by Bright Bus Transport. ADEK's approved bus fee for 2026-27 is AED 6,000 to 7,500 a year.

Adjustable against the first term's tuition and refunded if the family gives notice of withdrawal before the academic year begins; otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable. Returning students pay a non-refundable 5% re-enrolment fee by 1 May, adjustable against the first term's fees. ADEK's fee letter caps registration fees at 5% of annual tuition and bars any other deposit or financial guarantee.
