About

Al Rabeeh School is a private, co-educational British primary school in Hadbat Al Za'faranah, Abu Dhabi — one of the longer-established British schools in the emirate and the sister school to the newer all-through Al Rabeeh Academy in MBZ City, both part of the Learn group. It follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum for England, alongside the UAE Ministry of Education programme, from FS1 to Year 7 (ages 3-12); the school has no exam years, with pupils transferring to secondary schools (often its sister Academy) thereafter. A distinctive "bridging programme" sees most pupils taught a full year ahead of their chronological age. Home to around 949 students — the majority Emirati and Arabic first-language — and taught by 70 teachers at a 1:15 ratio, it is rated Very Good by ADEK (2024-25, up from Good) and achieved Outstanding in all categories of its British Schools Overseas inspection. Affordable for its rating, its fees were frozen into 2026/27.
