

Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS) is a not-for-profit CBSE community school in the Muroor district of Abu Dhabi, established in 1975 on land gifted by the late Sheikh Zayed and governed by a community board. The flagship ADIS campus teaches the CBSE/NCERT curriculum (affiliation no. 6630004) from KG1 to Grade 12 (ages 4-18), with co-educational classes splitting into separate boys' and girls' sections from upper primary, leading to the AISSE and AISSCE board examinations with Science and Commerce streams. One of the largest private schools in the emirate at around 4,930 students taught by 285 teachers (turnover only ~6%), it charges among the lowest fees for a full K-12 CBSE education (AED 5,560-11,690), and ADEK has rated it Good across three consecutive Irtiqa cycles, with CBSE Grade 10 and 12 results rated Outstanding and teaching Very Good.
