Grace Valley Indian School is a private, co-educational Indian school in the Falaj Hazza area of Al Ain, established in 2010. It follows the Indian CBSE curriculum from KG1 to Grade 12, with UAE MoE Arabic and Islamic studies, and emphasises STEAM learning, design thinking and coding alongside the core academic programme. A budget-tier community school of around 1,100 students, it is rated Good by ADEK, a rating first achieved at its 2021-22 follow-up inspection. With fees of roughly AED 4,800-12,000 it is one of the more affordable CBSE options in Al Ain.

ADEK's approved figures are shown alongside and are a ceiling, not a price: the school charges at that ceiling from KG1 to Grade 7 and then holds Grades 9 to 12 at a flat AED 13,250, which is up to 37% below what it is permitted to charge. That flat block is deliberate and long-standing. The school's academic year runs April to March. Tuition may be paid annually or in eight monthly instalments due by the 10th; the school's own documents disagree on whether it is eight or ten, and eight is the figure in the signed schedule. The standardised assessment fee is included in tuition for Grades 3 to 9. No registration or application fee is charged.
