Yasmina American School is an Aldar Education school that opened in August 2025 in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, on the campus vacated by Yasmina British Academy when it moved to Al Fursan Street. It teaches an American curriculum aligned to the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics and the Next Generation Science Standards for Science, with a play-based, inquiry-driven Early Years programme following US Early Learning Standards. The school opened with Pre-KG to Grade 5 and intends to add a grade each year toward a full K-12 provision, with Advanced Placement courses planned once it reaches high school. Positioned as one of Aldar's more affordable American schools, it pairs a STEAM-focused, student-centred model with a renovated flagship campus carrying two swimming pools, STEM laboratories, a theatre and extensive sports facilities, under Director of Education and Executive Principal Amal Shahine. Fees are currently held down by a two-year Founders discount running from September 2025.

The school also advertises a higher list price against a "Founding Discount for 2 years" running from September 2025; the figures above are the payable tuition, which is what ADEK has approved. Books are included; uniform, food, transport, examination fees and out-of-hours activities are not. Registration is 5% of annual tuition, deductible, and refundable for new students on written notice at least two weeks before the year starts. Payable in three instalments of 40%, 30% and 30%. The school teaches Pre-KG to Grade 5 and has said it will add middle and high school later.
