International Community School – Khalifa City is a private co-educational American-curriculum school in Khalifa City A, opened in September 2021 as the newest branch of the International Community Schools group (founded 1990). It teaches the US Common Core State Standards (California) with NGSS science from Pre-KG to Grade 12 (ages 3-18), leading to a Cognia-accredited American High School Diploma, alongside UAE MoE Arabic, Islamic and Social Studies. A genuinely international community of 656 students from over 90 nationalities, including around 400 Emirati students, is taught by 56 teachers at a low ratio of about 1:12 on a campus built for 1,500, with an athletics track, swimming pool and temperature-controlled gymnasium. In its first-ever ADEK Irtiqa inspection (2024/25 cycle, May 2025) the school was rated Good, and most extracurricular activities and secondary external-exam fees are included in tuition.

Fees are the school's published 2026/2027 tuition, taken from its own fee schedule; ADEK's register still carries this licence at 2025-2026 at identical figures, so the two agree on the amounts and differ only on the year label. Tuition runs AED 26,000 from Pre-KG to KG2, AED 28,350 to 28,430 across Grades 1 to 5, AED 30,980 for Grades 6 to 9 and AED 33,700 for Grades 10 to 12. Books and uniform are charged on top, and school transport is AED 5,000 both ways at every grade including Pre-KG. Registration is AED 1,000, non-refundable, paid after the admissions assessment and set against the first instalment; the same AED 1,000 is charged annually to returning students. Fees may be paid in full by 30 August, in two instalments on 30 August and 3 January, or in three on 30 August, 1 December and 4 April, by bank transfer, card or UAE cheque; a returned cheque costs AED 500. A 5% sibling discount is available on application and is not automatic.
