What You'll Study

Year 1

In Year one, you will complete core modules in Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Electrical Engineering, and participate in integrated design projects. Additionally, you will engage in a compulsory module on entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability, designed to enhance employability skills.

Year 2

Year two builds on advanced topics such as Artificial Intelligence 2, Functional Programming, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Operating Systems, and Systems Programming where you will engage in multidisciplinary systems engineering and complete integrated design projects. Emphasising on practical applications and problem-solving skills, this year provides a comprehensive understanding of AI, programming, engineering principles, and system-level software development.

Entry Requirements

Academic: A Level AAB - ABB including A Level Mathematics grade A. If you are taking any reformed A levels, which include Biology, Chemistry and Physics taught from 2015, you must pass the practical element. General Studies or Critical Thinking not accepted. IB 6,6,5 - 6,5,5 at Higher Level to include 6 in Mathematics with a minimum of 32 points overall. Number of A levels required: 3
English: To study at the University, you must be able to demonstrate a good level of written and spoken English. Many applicants do this by submitting a recent IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE result, or by completing a Presessional English course.
