Royal Private English School, formerly Our Own English High School, is a large co-educational school in the Al Faseel area of Fujairah. Inaugurated in 1988 by the late Sheikh Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi and independent of GEMS Education since 2019, it serves around 3,226 students from more than 37 nationalities, making it one of the largest schools in the emirate. It runs dual curricula: Indian CBSE from KG1 to Grade 12, and a British stream offering Cambridge IGCSE with AS and A Level classes since September 2022, led by Principal Syed Tahir Ali. The school is supervised by the UAE Ministry of Education and has no published inspection rating.
