About Rosary School
Rosary School (مدرسة الوردية الخاصة) is a private school in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, teaching the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum from KG1 to Grade 12; ADEK registers it as Rosary Private School (eSIS 9114). It grew out of the Rosary Sisters congregation and opened in Abu Dhabi in 1969, first on the Corniche before moving to its current site, and it is governed by a Board of Trustees and the Sisters of Rosary Congregation, based in Jordan. It teaches in three sections: Kindergarten, Primary (Grades 1-6), and Preparatory and Secondary (Grades 7-12). Classes are mixed from KG1 to Grade 3 and girls only from Grade 4 (2025-26), and ADEK reports plans to become an all-girls school. Students choose the General or the Advanced track in Grade 9 and finish with the Ministry's General Secondary examinations; French is taught from Grade 1 to Grade 10. The school had 2,541 students in 2025-26, and ADEK rated it Very Good at its February 2025 inspection, as in 2022.

Annual tuition fees
Fees for 2026/2027, per year group. Excludes registration, uniform, and transport.
Tuition is ADEK's approved fee for 2026-2027, AED 8,480 (KG1 and KG2) to 18,570 (Grade 12), the same as for 2025-2026. These are the maximum fees the school may charge; its fee page shows ADEK's approval letter rather than a separate price list, so no lower figure is published. Tuition in Grades 3 to 9 includes the standardised assessment fee. Books, the additional French and English textbooks, uniform and the bus are charged on top (listed below); book fees differ between the General and Advanced tracks from Grade 10. ADEK's letter requires fees to be collected in at least three instalments, makes any registration fee part of tuition (at most 5%) and bars deposits; the school publishes no payment dates, discounts or refund terms. Under its graduation policy, a student placed in the national top ten of the General Secondary examinations has her fees refunded in full.

Kindergarten
KG1-KG2Mixed classes in the school's own KG section, with subjects taught in Arabic and in English, Islamic education, and PE and music lessons (2025-26 staff structure). ADEK's February 2025 inspection judged KG achievement very good in every subject it inspects and found KG students particularly well prepared for Cycle 1.
Primary
Grades 1-6The Ministry of Education curriculum in Arabic, Islamic education, UAE social studies, English, mathematics and science, with French from Grade 1. Classes are mixed up to Grade 3 and girls only from Grade 4 (2025-26 guidance booklet). Students sit ACER's International Benchmark Tests in Arabic, mathematics and science from Grade 3.
Preparatory and Secondary
Grades 7-12Grades 7 to 12, girls only, ending with the Ministry's General Secondary examinations in Grade 12. French is taught to Grade 10, and the section has physics, chemistry and biology labs.
General and Advanced tracks
Grades 9-12In Grade 9 students choose the General or the Advanced track of the Ministry curriculum, each with further subject choices; ADEK lists French, art, music, design and technology and PE among them (February 2025). Both tracks end with the General Secondary examinations, and book fees differ between them from Grade 10.
