Private International English School (PIES), commonly known as Bhavans Abu Dhabi, is a private, co-educational Indian-curriculum (CBSE) school in Mussafah (Shabiya, Sector 9), Abu Dhabi, founded in September 2010 as the first Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan school in the UAE. It runs from KG to Grade 12 (with a Nursery/Pre-KG also offered), pairing a Montessori-influenced early years with an NCERT-aligned CBSE programme, and leads to the CBSE Grade 10 (AISSE) and Grade 12 (AISSCE) board examinations with Science and Commerce streams. Rated Very Good by ADEK across three consecutive cycles (2018-19, 2021-22 and 2023-24), with Science rated Outstanding across all phases, it serves around 1,984 students, overwhelmingly Indian, and reports 100% CBSE pass rates with strong PISA and TIMSS benchmarking.

ADEK's approved figures are shown alongside and are a ceiling: the school charges at that ceiling in kindergarten and below it in every grade above, by as much as AED 4,100 at Grade 9. Fees rose across every band from 2025-26 and the grade bands themselves were re-cut, so Grades 1 to 3 and Grades 4 to 5 now carry different prices. New admissions pay 5% of annual tuition on enrolment, which is set against the fee bill rather than added to it, and is not returned if the place is given up. CBSE registration and examination fees of AED 450 to 600 apply in Grades 9 to 12 and sit outside ADEK's approved fee types. The standardised assessment fee is included in tuition for Grades 3 to 9.
