Philadelphia Private School (PPS) is a co-educational day school located in Muhaisnah 1, Dubai, established in 2006. The school offers both the American curriculum (Pre-Primary through Grade 12) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Grades 11-12), with Advanced Placement (AP) courses also available at the high school level. Rated Good by KHDA for 2023-2024, an improvement from Acceptable the previous year, the school achieved Very Good ratings in health and safety and parents and community across all phases. PPS is accredited by NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges) and authorised as an IB World School. The school is a member of the LWIS (Learner's World International Schools) network which serves as its academic consultant. The campus features technologically advanced classrooms, state-of-the-art science laboratories, a multipurpose hall, basketball and football courts, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and a canteen. PPS emphasises learner-centred methodology within a multicultural, multilingual environment with technology-powered and tailored learning experiences.

Tuition approved by KHDA for 2026/27, unchanged from 2025/26. The school runs two tracks in the final two years: the American programme at AED 35,160 and the IB Diploma at AED 42,987. Payable in three instalments due 25 August, 1 December and 1 March. The application fee is AED 500 per new student. Uniform, books and stationery, MAP testing, laptop and ICT usage and e-resources are charged separately, and the school states its fees exclude VAT. Transport runs AED 5,438 to AED 10,928 a year depending on area. No sibling or staff discount is published.
