GEMS Our Own English High School Sharjah - Girls is a private Indian CBSE girls' school on University City Road in Industrial Area 6, Sharjah, part of GEMS Education. Established in 1982, it follows the CBSE curriculum (NCERT-aligned) from KG1 to Grade 12, with Science, Commerce and Humanities streams at senior secondary. With around 5,700 students from 19 nationalities on a sprawling 7-acre campus, it is one of the largest schools in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, rated Very Good by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), with Outstanding personal and social development across all phases. The school has a 100% CBSE board pass rate every year since 2001 and a long list of honours including the Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Hamdan and Sharjah education awards and the Eco-Schools Green Flag.

The school prices in four bands of its own - KG 1 and 2, Grades 1 to 5, Grades 6 to 9, and Grades 10 to 12 - so the repeated figures are the school's banding, not an approximation. Tuition is identical to the boys' school; the textbook fees differ. Alongside it the school publishes a "SPEA-approved fees" column which is tuition plus the textbook fee plus one uniform set, running AED 8,720 to 16,605; that column is shown here as the approved figure. Textbooks cost AED 58 to 714 by grade and a uniform set AED 370 to 435, and the school states both are outsourced to third-party vendors and are not charged or collected by the school. A new admission fee of AED 500 is due on accepting the offer letter.
