Ryan International School, Sharjah is a private, co-educational Indian school in the Muwailih Commercial area of Sharjah, near the National Paints roundabout, established in 2006 as part of the global Ryan Group. It follows the CBSE curriculum from KG1 to Grade 12, leading to the AISSE (Grade 10) and AISSCE (Grade 12) board examinations, and is distinguished by the Ryan Innovation Lab for STEM and STEAM projects. Serving around 1,687 students, the campus offers smart classrooms, Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories, a swimming pool, a skating rink, basketball, badminton and tennis courts, football and cricket fields and an auditorium. The school is rated Good by SPEA (2022, up from Acceptable in 2018), with Computer Science and personal development rated Very Good, and its students have secured an Australian patent for a student-built IoT device.

Tuition for 2026-2027, AED 8,500 (KG) to 15,200 (Grades 9 and 10), paid in four terms due 10 April, 10 September, 10 November and 10 January. The school follows the CBSE year, which runs April to March, so this year began in April 2026. Grades 11 and 12 cost AED 14,800, which is less than Grades 9 and 10: those senior fees have not been raised since 2021 while the years below them have. Books are charged on top of tuition and include VAT: AED 288.75 in kindergarten, 315 in Grades 1 to 4, 367.50 in Grades 5 to 8, 393.75 in Grades 9 and 10 and 630 in Grades 11 and 12. Annual transport is AED 2,500 for National Paints, 2,750 for Sharjah, 3,500 for Ajman and 4,000 for Dubai. Registration and admission fees exist but the school publishes no amount; registration is payable in cash, admission by card or cheque, and term fees by cheque, card or the school app. No discounts or scholarships are published. Senior students choose between Humanities, Commerce and Science streams, all at the same tuition. The most recent fee approval Sharjah's regulator publishes for this school dates from 2023/24.
