Entry Requirements

A Level: BBC at A Level, ideally including Mathematics.
English: IELTS Academic: 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in each band); TOEFL Internet-based: 72 (17 in listening & writing, 20 in speaking and 18 in reading); Pearson PTE Academic: 59 (with 59 in all components)

CBSE / ISC / State Board: minimum 65% overall. Applicants holding only GCSEs can progress via the one-year International Foundation Programme.

Careers

This programme will prepare students to work in a number of areas including design engineering, electrical, electronic, computer and engineering. The breadth of opportunities available after completing an electronics engineering degree is immense. Careers range from electronics or associated industries such as robotics, mechatronics, automation etc. all over the world. Graduates may also start their own business in electronic design and/or production and be a part of the automation boom. Alternatively, graduates may continue studying towards a Master's or PhD, where this electronics degree will provide a strong foundation.

Licensed and accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) through the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), and by Dubai's KHDA. The degree is awarded by Middlesex University in the UK (QAA-reviewed).
