Lycée Français International (LFI) is a French-curriculum school at Al Nasr Club on Oud Metha Road in Dubai and part of the network of AFLEC, the Association Franco-Libanaise pour l'Education et la Culture. The school says it was founded in 2003, the opening year in KHDA's inspection reports; KHDA's directory lists 2005. This profile is the Oud Metha campus, licensed by KHDA as Lycee Francais International from Pre-primary to Grade 12; the school's second campus, LFI Mudon, opened for the 2025-26 school year under its own KHDA licence. Teaching follows the French national curriculum from Petite Section to Terminale, leading to the Diplôme national du brevet, the baccalauréat and, in the American International Section, the Baccalauréat Français International (BFI). The school is a partner school of the AEFE, whose directory lists all 15 of its levels as homologated by the French Ministry of Education, and a partner of the Mission laïque française. Every pupil learns English from Petite Section, three hours a week or eight in the international section, and Arabic from maternelle; the school teaches nine languages in all, adding Spanish, German, Chinese, Italian, Latin and Greek, and from 6ème pupils can join sections in arts, music, theatre or sport. In its 2023-2024 inspection KHDA rated the school Outstanding overall, with Very Good wellbeing and inclusion, and Outstanding attainment and progress in French and English in all four phases. In 2025 all 172 of its brevet candidates passed (97.1% with honours) and all 119 of its baccalauréat candidates passed (88.4% with honours), the school reports. Sylvain Lunetta is the proviseur of both campuses.

Annual tuition fees

Tuition is KHDA's approved fee for 2026-27, unchanged at the school's request, and KHDA registers no discount: AED 29,488 in maternelle, 35,385 from CP to CM2, 41,806 from 6ème to 4ème, 47,509 in 3ème, 59,388 in Seconde and 62,363 in Première and Terminale. The school's own table for the Oud Metha campus prints the same figures for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The optional sections cost extra each year: the international section AED 2,500 in maternelle and AED 3,500 in élémentaire, the American International Section AED 4,280 (collège, lycée and BFI), the cultural section (theatre, visual arts, music) AED 4,050 and the sports section AED 3,220 in collège. LFI Mudon, the school's second campus, has its own fee grid.

Maternelle (Early Years)
Petite Section–Grande SectionMaternelle, cycle 1 of the French national curriculum, from Petite Section to Grande Section. Every class has more English than the French system requires, three hours a week, and the international classes have eight; Arabic is taught from Petite Section (one hour a week in the classic section, two in Moyenne Section and three in Grande Section). Primaire (Primary)
CP–CM2 (Grades 1–5)The French national primary curriculum from CP to CM2: cycle 2 (CP, CE1, CE2) and the first two years of cycle 3 (CM1, CM2), which continues into 6ème. English is taught in every class, and the international section, developed through exchanges with the École Jeannine Manuel in Paris, gives eight hours of English a week with native-speaker teachers; Arabic is taught five hours a week as a first language (ALM) or three as a foreign language (ALE). Classes are connected from CM1, with iPads in lessons. KHDA rated attainment and progress in French, English and mathematics, teaching and the curriculum Outstanding in this phase in February 2024.
Collège (Middle School)
6ème–3ème (Grades 6–9)The French national collège curriculum from 6ème to 3ème, leading to the Diplôme national du brevet; in 2025 all 172 of the school's candidates passed, 97.1% with honours. Pupils can join the arts, music, theatre or sports sections (basketball and football, with swimming and racket sports added in 2026) or the American International Section, and a second modern language starts in 5ème; the school teaches Spanish, German, Chinese and Italian, with Latin and Greek. Arabic is taught four hours a week. KHDA rated attainment and progress in French and English, the curriculum and leadership Outstanding in this phase in February 2024.
Lycée (High School)
Seconde–Terminale (Grades 10–12)The French general baccalauréat across Seconde, Première and Terminale. The school offers nine enseignements de spécialité (HGGSP, HLP, English literature (LLCE), English and the contemporary world, mathematics, physics-chemistry, SVT, SES and NSI) and options including Latin and Greek, complementary and expert mathematics, DGEMC, PE, visual arts, a third modern language and theatre; the American International Section prepares the Baccalauréat Français International (BFI). In 2025 all 119 of the school's baccalauréat candidates passed, 88.4% with honours. Connected Classrooms
Classes are connected from CM1 to Terminale, with pupils working on iPads in lessons, a policy the school has run since 2014 (the proviseur's message and the school's iPad page).
Science Laboratories
Science laboratories for practical work (travaux pratiques); at the 2024-25 Fête de la science, 3ème students welcomed CM2 classes to the lab (the school's June 2025 council presentation).
Centre de Connaissances et de Culture (CCC)
The secondary library and resource centre, with nearly 9,000 documents in 2024-25: book and magazine loans, classes, temporary exhibitions, iPads and computers and an orientation corner; lycée students may use it in free periods (the school's library page, its June 2025 council presentation and its 2026-27 rules).
Primary Library (BCD)
The primary library holds more than 18,000 books in French, English and Arabic, shelved by reading level (the school's library page); pupils borrowed 27,713 books in 2024-25 (its June 2025 council presentation).
