A 30-credit research master's in advanced well-test analysis, drilling and reservoir engineering and well-performance evaluation, spanning upstream/downstream petroleum, geothermal and CO2 sequestration.
Thesis-based: 12 credits of core courses (including a 0-credit research-methods seminar), 9 credits of electives and a 9-credit master's thesis.
Some programmes are nationality-restricted (e.g. Nuclear Engineering; International and Civil Security).
Graduates work in upstream oil & gas (drilling, reservoir and production engineering) with ADNOC and service companies, or continue to doctoral research.
