An ABET-accredited 130-credit degree in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, reaction engineering and process design, with electives in nanotechnology, polymers, energy and environmental engineering. Prepares graduates for petroleum, petrochemical, energy and process industries.
Four-year programme combining process laboratories, an industrial internship, and a two-semester senior design project covering plant and process design.
SAT Math >=700 or strong AP scores strengthen an application; the foundation year has been discontinued (conditional admits take remedial courses).
