About This Programme

A 30-credit research master's (Masdar-legacy) in thermodynamics and kinetics of materials and the electrical, optical and magnetic properties of crystalline materials, with an optional Space Systems and Technology concentration.

Entry Requirements

Academic: A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00, two reference letters, a statement of purpose (500-1,000 words) and an admission interview.
English: TOEFL iBT 91 or IELTS Academic 6.5.

Some programmes are nationality-restricted (e.g. Nuclear Engineering; International and Civil Security).

Careers

Graduates work in advanced materials, semiconductors, energy and manufacturing R&D, or continue to a PhD.
