Identified supervisors: Dr. Olisanwendu Ogwuda (Transportation / Materials); Dr. Rabee Rustum & Professor Wael Mualla (Water & Environmental Engineering); Dr. Mustafa Batikha (Structural Engineering). Entry: typically a Master's degree (or strong upper-second Bachelor's) in a relevant area. Application requires full academic transcripts and certificates, proof of funding/sponsorship, a 3-4 page research proposal (topic, objectives, literature, methodology, theoretical framework, timeline, expected results). IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0); pre-sessional English available. Tuition AED 103,480/year full-time (incl. VAT) or AED 51,740/year part-time.
