The Gulf International Private Academy (GIPA) is a private, co-educational American school in the Al Muwaij'i district of Al Ain, established in 2001 and operated by the Al Sheraifi Group. It delivers a Cognia-accredited US curriculum, Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards, with Advanced Placement courses and a US High School Diploma, alongside mandatory MoE Arabic, Islamic and Social Studies, from KG1 to Grade 12 (ages 3-18). Students are taught together in the early years and gender-separated from Grade 4 across two campuses. A diverse school of around 1,110 students from 40+ nationalities with about 30 clubs, it is rated Good (Band A) by ADEK and sits among the more affordable Cognia-accredited schools, with fees from AED 12,840.

Tuition is ADEK's approved schedule for 2026-2027. The school publishes the regulator's own approval letter as its fee page, so both sources are the same document. ADEK states these are the maximum a school may charge, and the school does not say whether it bills below them. Tuition is unchanged from 2025-26. The standardised assessment fee is included in tuition for Grades 3 to 9, and iPads are provided at no extra cost with textbooks delivered electronically. Books, uniform and transport are charged separately. Any registration fee is capped by ADEK at 5% of that grade's tuition and is deducted from the tuition bill rather than added to it; ADEK prohibits the school from taking a deposit.
