Founded in 1996, Dubai Modern Education School (DMES) is a co-educational K-12 school in Al Mizhar 1, Dubai, offering dual-track education through both the American (US Common Core) and UAE Ministry of Education curricula. The school serves over 2,200 students from 50+ nationalities and emphasises excellence in innovation and education. The campus features extensive facilities including a swimming pool, robotics labs, LEGO lab, and a 1,000-seat multi-purpose hall.

The school runs two curricula and KHDA approves them separately, so fees are listed per stream: an American programme from KG 1 to Grade 12, and a Ministry of Education programme from Grade 1 to Grade 12 with no kindergarten. The figures shown are the school's own published annual fee, which is KHDA's total - tuition plus the mandatory books, activities, laboratory and computer charges - while the approved column shows the tuition alone. In the MoE stream Grades 11 and 12 also run an Advance track, priced the same as General. Uniform, stationery, a digital device, transport and canteen are all charged separately. Paying the year in full attracts a 5% discount subject to school approval; otherwise two to eight instalments are available, with 40% due first.

KHDA 2023–2024 inspection
Shared Early Years programme for both US and MoE tracks. Play-based and exploratory learning developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills. LEGO Lab activities introduce STEAM concepts from an early age.
US track follows California Common Core State Standards; MoE track follows UAE Ministry of Education standards. Both tracks cover core academic subjects with specialist teaching in ICT, art, and PE. Junior library and junior science lab support inquiry-based learning.
Subject specialisation with dedicated departments. US track continues Common Core standards; MoE track follows UAE MoE curriculum. Robotics labs introduced at this level. Students participate in MUN, innovation fairs, and sports competitions.
