Al Yasat Private School is a private, co-educational American-curriculum school in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi, founded in 1992 and based in its purpose-built campus since around 2014. It teaches from KG1 to Grade 12 (ages 4-18) against the Common Core State Standards, the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and the Virginia Standards of Learning, aligned with UAE Ministry of Education requirements for Arabic, Islamic Studies, UAE Social Studies and Moral Education, and leading to a Cognia-accredited US High School Diploma with Advanced Placement options. Distinctive future-skills provision includes an E-Sports facility and an Esports: Game Development elective, aeronautics and aviation, robotics and artificial intelligence, alongside audio, video and television studios, fashion design and carpentry workshops. The school reports that 90% of its graduates are accepted to university.

Tuition is as set out in ADEK's approved fee schedule for 2025-2026 (school 9244), which the school publishes in full. ADEK states these are the maximum the school may charge. Books, uniform and transport are separate approved charges: books AED 370 in KG rising to AED 2,930 in Grade 12, uniform AED 500-600, and optional transport AED 5,000. The school's own fee page shows tuition and books combined under the heading "Tuition & Book Fees", so its published per-grade figures run AED 370-2,930 higher than the tuition shown here. A one-time application fee of AED 500 applies to each new application, and a reservation fee of AED 1,000 is payable each year to reserve a seat, credited against tuition; new students pay it within seven days of an offer.
