21 credit hours - College of IT core (9 CH) plus Software Engineering core (12 CH)
3 CH (thesis track) or 6 CH (project track)
Thesis track requires 3 CH of electives; project track requires 6 CH.
Choose one track to reach the 30 CH minimum
Thesis track: Research Thesis (6 CH) + 3 CH electives. Project track: Practicum Project (3 CH) + 6 CH electives.
A CV and two references are required; some programmes require an interview or entrance test.
Graduates pursue careers in software, cybersecurity, data and IT across government, technology and industry, or continue to postgraduate study.
Licensed and accredited by the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA); UAEU also holds US institutional accreditation from WSCUC.
