The Westminster School Dubai (TWS) is a British curriculum school in Al Qusais, founded in 1995 and part of GEMS Education. It follows the National Curriculum for England from FS1 to Year 13, leading to IGCSE, AS and A Level with Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel and Oxford AQA, and also offers Pearson BTEC International courses at Levels 2 and 3. KHDA counted 5,224 students at its 2023-24 inspection, and the school reports students from more than 70 nationalities. Boys and girls are in separate sections from Year 7 to Year 11, and the sixth form is mixed. KHDA rates the school Good overall and rates all three strands of students' personal and social development Outstanding in every phase, from Foundation Stage to Post-16; curriculum adaptation, health and safety, and partnership with parents are Very Good. KHDA lists its accreditations as BSO and BSME. Facilities include six science laboratories, five computer rooms, three libraries, music and art and craft rooms, a basketball court, a large astroturf, the Multiplus hall and two medical rooms, and school transport is run by STS with a fleet of 64 air-conditioned buses. The school's stated mission is to deliver a high-quality British education at an affordable price, and its January 2025 British Schools Overseas inspection report says it offers one of the lowest fees among British curriculum schools in Dubai; tuition starts at AED 9,362 a year.

Tuition is the KHDA-approved fee for 2026-27, the same on KHDA's fact sheets and in the school's own fee table: AED 9,362 in FS1 and FS2 rising to AED 18,203 in Years 11 to 13, with no increase for the year. Every student also pays AED 550 a year that KHDA lists as mandatory (computer 200, medical 50, laboratory 100, library 100 and activities 100), which the school bills as an annual fee of AED 350 plus 5% VAT and a computer fee of AED 200, paid with the first term's tuition. Exam board entry fees are charged at the boards' own rates. Books, uniform, stationery, a laptop or digital device, transport, trips and other optional services are extra, with KHDA's ranges listed below. Fees are paid in three instalments. KHDA 2023–2024 inspection
UK Early Years Foundation Stage for FS1 and FS2. Children learn mainly through playing and exploring across the seven areas of learning, with STEAM, age-appropriate AI and metacognition built in, and at least a third of instructional time in Arabic. KHDA rates Foundation Stage progress in English and mathematics Very good, and learning skills Very good.
Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) on the National Curriculum for England, enhanced to meet UAE Ministry of Education expectations. Years 5 and 6 have their own library, and Year 1 continues the Arabic bilingual model.
Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9) and Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11), with boys and girls in separate sections. Years 7 and 8 follow the National Curriculum for England with the Cambridge Lower Secondary Curriculum; IGCSE starts in Year 9, and Years 10 and 11 take the IGCSE subjects chosen at the end of Year 9, with a Pearson BTEC International Level 2 Award in Business as an option.
Sixth Form offering AS and A Level over two years with Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel and Oxford AQA, and Pearson BTEC International Level 3 in Business, IT, Applied Science, and Travel and Tourism. KHDA rates Post-16 progress in English, mathematics and science Very good, and learning skills Very good.
