The Millennium School

The Millennium School (TMS) is a co-educational CBSE school in Al Qusais, Dubai, part of the GEMS Education network. Inaugurated in September 2000 with 40 students and 11 teachers, it now teaches from KG 1 to Grade 12 and describes itself as a day boarding school. KHDA rates the school Very Good overall, with Outstanding wellbeing provision and Outstanding standards in the National Agenda Parameter, and the school reports having held the Very Good rating for the last five years. TMS is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, has been a global member of the Round Square network since 2006, and is a Microsoft Showcase School. In the 2025-26 CBSE examinations its Grade 10 cohort averaged 91.8% with 71.5% of students scoring 90% or above.
Fees for 2026/2027, per year group. Excludes registration, uniform, and transport.
Tuition approved by KHDA for 2026-2027, unchanged from last year because the school requested no increase: AED 18,278 for KG1 and KG2, rising by phase to 26,876 in Grades 11 and 12. There is no general discount, so the approved fee is the fee families pay. The school follows the CBSE year, which runs April to March, so this year began in April 2026, and tuition is charged over ten months. Mandatory charges on top of tuition: a school diary at AED 21, CBSE registration of AED 100 in Grade 9 and AED 150 in Grade 11, and board examination fees of AED 750 in Grade 10 and AED 750 or 850 in Grade 12 depending on whether five or six subjects are taken. Registration for a new student is AED 525 including VAT. The school describes this fee two ways on two of its own pages: its fees page calls it non-refundable and non-transferable, while its admissions page says it is refunded if the school does not offer a place, is not refunded if a place is offered and declined, is not deducted from tuition if the place is accepted, and is carried forward if registration is deferred to the following year. Payment is by credit card through the group portal, cheque or cash at the school. Examination results may be withheld where fees are unpaid. Eligibility-gated discounts include sibling relief from the fourth child, scholarships and a staff discount; none is a general price reduction.

KHDA rates the Kindergarten Outstanding. The methodology interweaves the Little GEMS curriculum with support from the EYFS framework and the creative approach of Reggio Emilia, planned through a topic-based approach adapted to children's interests. Arabic is taught in KG 2 for two lessons a week, learned through songs and play. KCEP, the Kindergarten Curriculum Enhancement Programme, is an optional programme in which children develop interests beyond the curriculum.
The CBSE primary curriculum delivered through the school's Triple A Pedagogy (Acquire, Assimilate and Apply), with hands-on investigation in the ICE Center. Genius Hour gives students timetabled space to work collaboratively on projects of their own choosing.
All aspects of the CBSE curriculum, extended through research work and independent and collaborative learning, with an emphasis on intellectual challenge and on connecting classroom learning to the world beyond school.

Extended and alternate learning runs through the Self Enhancement Programme.
