St. Mary Private High School is a British-curriculum, co-educational Catholic school in the RAKEZ Academic Zone, Khalifa Bin Zayed City, Ras Al Khaimah. It opened in 2019 as the sixth school of the St. Mary's Group of Schools, which belongs to the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia, and welcomes applications regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion. It teaches the Early Years Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum for England, with UAE Ministry of Education subjects, from FS1 (Pre-KG) to Year 13, leading to Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and International A Level qualifications. In its 2025-26 RAK Department of Knowledge quality evaluation (21 to 23 January 2026) it was rated Good overall, up from Acceptable in 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The school's 2026-27 fee poster says tuition includes IGCSE and IAL examination entry, field and school trips and after-school activities; its fees page lists uniform, PE kit, books, excursions and transport as additional costs. MOE 2025–2026 inspection
The EYFS curriculum for England: provision is planned around the Prime and Specific Areas of Learning, and children's progress is measured against the Early Learning Goals. Play-based learning with role play and life skills, in dedicated KG spaces including the Practicum House.
Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2) follows a broad and balanced curriculum with a structured phonics programme. In Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) English, Maths, Science and Global Citizenship follow the Pearson Active Learn International Primary Curriculum, with certification at the end of Year 6. UAE Ministry of Education subjects run throughout.
Key Stage 3 builds on primary learning and prepares students for Key Stage 4, with progress tracked through written and project-based assessments.
A two-year course to Pearson Edexcel International GCSE examinations in at least six subjects.
Pearson Edexcel International AS and A Levels, introduced for Year 12 in 2024-25. Entry needs at least a grade 5 in two IGCSE subjects and a minimum of grade 4 in one IGCSE subject. There are no admissions to Year 13 in 2026-27.
