Operated under the RAK Government's Investment and Development Office and chaired by HH Sheikh Omar Saqer Khaled Husain Alqasimi, it runs a purpose-built Al Dhait campus with science and computer labs, a sports complex and arts facilities. Its most recent RAK Department of Knowledge inspection (visited January 2026) rated the school Acceptable overall, following a Good rating in 2023-24.

Fees for 2026/2027, per year group. Excludes registration, uniform, and transport.
2026-27 fees, from the school own Arabic fee table. Figures are tuition; books are priced by the Ministry of Education and uniform is charged separately at AED 265 for nursery and AED 325 for school grades. The Pre-KG figure of AED 13,500 is the nursery price and covers four age bands from infants up to Pre-KG, which is why it sits above KG1. Grade 9 is priced in two streams, general at AED 18,020 and advanced at AED 19,260; Grades 10 to 12 carry one price for both streams. Special education services add 50% to the school fee. Sibling discounts are 5% for a second child, 10% for a third and 15% from the fourth. The fee calculator on the same page runs off a lower, unlabelled set of figures than the published table.
