RAK Modern Private School - Al Dhait is a government-linked private school in Ras Al Khaimah (established 1999), teaching the UAE Ministry of Education national curriculum bilingually in Arabic and English to around 2,300 co-educational students from Pre-KG to Grade 12. Operated under the RAK Government's Investment and Development Office and chaired by HH Sheikh Omar Saqer Khaled Husain Alqasimi, it runs a purpose-built Al Dhait campus with science and computer labs, a sports complex and arts facilities. Its most recent RAK Department of Knowledge inspection (visited January 2026) rated the school Acceptable overall, following a Good rating in 2023-24.
