Research-intensive: 15 credits of core courses (including two graduate seminars and technical & scientific writing), 8 credits of electives and a 12-credit master's thesis.
Some programmes are nationality-restricted (e.g. Nuclear Engineering; International and Civil Security).
Graduates work as reservoir geologists, geophysicists and petrophysicists in the UAE upstream sector, or continue to a PhD in the geosciences.
