About This Programme

One-year MSc International Business Management with Human Resource Management (HRM), HR-specialist pathway. Mandatory September: Competitive Strategy, HR Strategy and Practice, International Business Context, Digital Human Resource Management. Mandatory January: Research Philosophy and Practice, Business Economics. Mandatory May: Dissertation. Optional January: Quality Management, Network Analysis for Business, Project Management. Distinguished from the base IB Management MSc by HR Strategy and Practice plus Digital HRM modules, preparing graduates specifically for HRM-focused careers. Evening classes accommodate working professionals. Entry: a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualification. Non-graduates with compensating qualifications may enter PG Diploma with MSc transfer route. IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5, writing 6.0 minimum). September and January intakes. Full-time 12 months; part-time 24 months. Tuition AED 99,528/year full-time (incl. VAT) or AED 49,764/year part-time. Accreditations: UAE MoHESR; UK QAA. 90%+ graduates in graduate-level jobs or further study within six months. Inter-campus transfer available via Go Global.

Entry Requirements

Academic: For MSc entry, a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualifications will be considered. Given the clear practical element of the programmes, we will also consider non-graduate candidates holding less than a good Honours degree, or its equivalent, but with compensating qualifications or experience may be admitted to the Postgraduate Diploma programme. Transfer to the MSc will be possible later on if exams and course work are at MSc level.
