GEMS Millennium School Sharjah (GMS) is a co-educational Indian CBSE school in the Muwailih school zone of Sharjah, part of the GEMS Education group. It opened on 23 May 2010 and teaches from Pre-KG to Grade 12 (ages 3-18), with Science and Commerce streams at senior secondary. SPEA rated the school Outstanding in its October 2022 School Performance Review, up from Good at the previous review, and the school states it is the only CBSE school in the UAE to hold that rating. It is also the emirate's only CBSE day-boarding school, offering supervised afternoon activities including homework, music, art, games and swimming. Board results are strong: in 2026 both Grade 10 and Grade 12 passed at 100%, with school averages of 90.72% and 90.9%. GMS is a Microsoft Showcase School, a Round Square member since May 2023, a Common Sense certified school for digital citizenship, and an Eco-Schools Green Flag holder, and it teaches AI across the curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Signature programmes include Tap-A-Genius (TAG) and Malhaar. The purpose-built campus has a swimming pool, seven STEM zones, three libraries holding over 15,000 titles, a 4-lane 200m synthetic athletics track and a traffic park.

The school publishes an approved column and the yearly fee parents actually pay, side by side, under the header "Yearly Fee 2026-2027". They are the same figure at every grade except Pre-KG and KG 1, where the fee is reduced from AED 17,642 to 15,880 - a reduction with no eligibility condition attached, so it applies to everyone. Both columns are shown here. The school runs an April to March year and bills in ten instalments with nothing due in July or August. A AED 500 fee applies to new admissions on accepting the offer letter; it is non-refundable and non-transferable but is adjusted against the first term's tuition. The school publishes no price for books, uniform or transport, and no statement about whether books are included.

SPEA 2022–2023 inspection
EYFS-aligned early years programme. Theme-based, multi-sensorial learning across the seven areas of development, with formative assessment through daily activities and video records.
CBSE primary phase building strong literacy, numeracy and inquiry skills through activity-based, experiential learning.
