GEMS Millennium School Sharjah (GMS) is a co-educational Indian CBSE school in the Sharjah School Zone at Muwailih, part of the GEMS Education group and licensed by SPEA as Gems Millennium Private School. It opened on 23 May 2010 and teaches from Pre-KG to Grade 12 (ages 3-18), with Science and Commerce streams and humanities electives at senior secondary. SPEA rated the school Outstanding in its October 2022 School Performance Review, up from Good at the previous review in May 2019, and the school states it is the only CBSE school in the UAE to hold that rating. The school also describes itself as the emirate's only CBSE day-boarding school: from Kindergarten onwards, children are offered afterschool activities including supervised homework, music, art, games and swimming. In 2026 both Grade 10 and Grade 12 passed at 100%, with school averages of 90.72% and 90.9%. GMS is a Round Square member (since May 2023), is recognised by Microsoft as a Showcase School for 2026-27, describes itself as a Common Sense certified school, was awarded the Eco-Schools Green Flag in 2018-19, and integrates AI across the curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Signature programmes include Tap-A-Genius (TAG) and Malhaar, which brings Indian art forms into the curriculum. The campus has a swimming pool, seven STEM zones, three libraries holding over 15,000 titles, a 4-lane 200m synthetic athletics track and a traffic park.

Tuition is the school's own 2026-27 yearly fee, from its Tuition Fees page and the signed 2026-2027 fee structure in its 2026 CBSE disclosure. The school's page also prints an "MOE Approved Fees" column; it matches the yearly fee except at Pre-KG and KG 1, approved at AED 17,642 and charged at AED 15,880. The SPEA column is SPEA's own fee sheet for the school, dated 2025-2026 by SPEA's QR record; SPEA states each figure as tuition plus books (AED 17,835 to 25,675) and lists uniform separately (AED 210 to 280). The school publishes no price for books or transport. Students may not sit school examinations while fees are unpaid.

Kindergarten
Pre-KG to KG2The Pre-KG and Kindergarten follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework: a three-year, theme-based programme across Pre-KG, KG 1 and KG 2, with concrete, multi-sensorial experiences across seven areas of development. There are no formal assessments; progress is recorded through spaced oral and written activities and video recordings.
Primary
Grades 1-4CBSE primary phase (Grades 1-4): a child-centred, activity-based and experiential curriculum that nurtures language, cognitive, social, emotional, physical, inquiry and creative skills, with periodic tests.
Middle School
Grades 5-8CBSE middle phase (Grades 5-8): research-oriented learning through discussion, group projects, discovery and BYOD, with skill subjects in Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Information Technology, Media and Commercial Marketing.
Secondary
Grades 9-10CBSE secondary phase (Grades 9-10) leading to the Grade 10 CBSE board examination; students take increasing responsibility for their own learning and set their own academic goals.
Senior Secondary
Grades 11-12CBSE senior secondary (Grades 11-12) following the NEP 5+3+4 pattern and leading to the All India Senior School Certificate Examination. Students take English Core with academic electives across the sciences, commerce and humanities and skill electives such as Artificial Intelligence and Marketing. In 2026 all 174 Grade 12 candidates passed, with a school average of 90.9%.
