Dubai International Academy Town Square (DIATS) is the third Dubai International Academy campus from Innoventures Education, opening in Town Square (Nshama) for August 2026. It extends DIA 20-year IB legacy (DIA Emirates Hills opened in 2005 as the UAE first IB Continuum School) and is distinct from the existing DIA Emirates Hills and DIA Al Barsha campuses. An IB candidate school, it launches with the Primary Years and Middle Years Programmes (Pre-KG to Grade 8) and grows to a full K-12 IB continuum (Diploma and Career-related Programmes to follow). The purpose-built 330,000 square foot campus includes a 50m Olympic-size pool with movable floor, four sports halls, a STEAM hub, a performing-arts theatre and shaded outdoor courts. Founding-family fees run AED 49,000 to 70,500 (standard KHDA-approved AED 68,000 to 95,000). As a pre-opening school it is not yet inspected or rated by KHDA (DSIB).
